The article in the link below establishes clearly why the petition for an open forum on AIDS is needed. Had such a forum been held, the children who became unwitting parts of a risky trial of AIDS drugs could have had a chance to have their plight brought to the attention of authorities. And this is only one of a number of examples of coercion regarding AIDS drugs.
